The US ARMY CORPS of ENGINEERS (USACE), Baltimore District, in partnership with the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), will host an Industry Day on Monday, 24 February 2025 from1300-1400 ET via Microsoft Teams Platform (Invites will be sent upon confirmation of invitation request).
Industry Day Briefing will include a high-level overview of the project mission and status, as well as a planned acquisition strategy, followed by a Q&A session.
The project is being presented to receive feedback on the Construction Acquisition Method for the construction of the BEP-s Main Currency Production Facility (CPF) located in Beltsville, Maryland. This project will be to develop an approx. 100-acre site and to construct an 850,000 square foot (sq. ft.) to 1,000,000 sq. ft. facility that will meet all storage and production needs of the BEP.
To confirm your attendance for the Industry Day Briefing please RSVP via email with a list of individuals from your firm that will be in attendance to Contract Specialist Leigha Arnold, (Leigha.M.Arnold@usace.army.mil) and CENAB-Contracting@usace.army.mil. All RSVP-s must be sent no later than 3:00 pm ET on 20 February 2025; pre-registration is required.
One (1) hour One-on-One interviews will be conducted the week of 03 March 2025. The One-on-One interviews are restricted to General Construction Contractors. To participate in a One-on-One interview, pre-register by stating your interest in your RSVP email and the number of attendees for the interview to Leigha.M.Arnold@usace.army.mil and CENAB-Contracting@usace.army.mil. Your One-on-One timeslot will be confirmed by USACE prior to Industry Day.
