Longhorn Drive, Lancaster, TX 75134-2118764Murfreesboro5171 Sam Jared Drive, Murfreesboro, TN 371303209 Elam Farms Parkway, Murfreesboro, TN 37127-8830765Hines5th & Roosevelt, Building 37 NW Dock 18, Hines, IL 60141766Charleston4136 Carolina Parkway, Ladson , SC 29456The Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Centers(VAMC), Community Based Outpatient Clinics(CBOCs) and Indian Health Service Pharmacies(IHS), sends pharmaceutical prescription orders to be filled and mailed out to Veteran patients, to the CMOPs. Combined the seven CMOPs mail out, on average 530,000 prescriptions daily through the combined use of advanced automation equipment set up into various subsystems that communicate to form the APFS at each of the CMOPs.
