Description
The US Air Force, through the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC), will hold a Government Industry Day in support of the DRAFT Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR) that has been released on the Enterprise Wide Agile Acquisition Contract (EWAAC) Portal. The DRAFT FOPR can be found under FA2103-25-R-B001 at www.ewaacportal.com.
Only interested EWAAC vendors and/or their subcontractors should request to attend this event. If requesting attendance as a subcontractor, please list potential EWAAC Prime contractors in your request to attend.
All information about the event and the necessary information needed from potential attendees can be found in the attachments to this announcement. Below is a BLUF:

Draft Agenda Outline:
30 July: 1300-1500 CDT, Briefing to all attendees at the AFNWC
31 July: 0900 - 1530 CDT, One-on-ones to all attendees in one hour blocks *The Government will schedule your one-on-on prior to the event. No prefence or timeslots can be reserved*
31 July - 01 August: 0900-1530 CDT, Opportunity to view Carriage Equipment and Support Equipment assets.

Vendors hoping to attend MUST contact the below Point of Contacts (POC) NLT the date specified with the necessary information identified in the attachments. POCs shall be notified by email, only, and all POCs shall be included in the email. Should your company desire to submit information through DoD SAFE instead of email, please request a DoD SAFE Drop-Off no later than 1200 CDT on 16 July 2025. If you do not get a confirmation email from the POCs within 24 hours (unless over a weekend), please reach out again.
