- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District, is pleased to announce an upcoming in-person Industry Day for the Malmstrom Air Force Base Sentinel Program. The purpose of this event is to provide industry partners with information regarding the program, individual projects within the program, gather feedback, and foster open communication between the government and industry.

Who Should Attend:
All interested vendors, including small businesses, large businesses, and other industry partners. Attendance at this event is not mandatory however pre-approval is required to attend the event. Represented firms may register up to two (2) attendees.

**The pre-registration link will close on 17 December 2025, or when max capacity (60 attendees) is reached, whichever comes first.**
Once pre-registration form is submitted, a DoD Safe Drop-Off Request will be sent to the email address provided with your pre-registration form. Firms will have 14 days from when the DoD Safe Drop-Off link is provided to complete and submit the Vetting Info spreadsheet, which is provided as an attachment to this notice. PLEASE NOTE: Vetting Info form is only be submitted via DoD Safe Drop-Off Link. Emails will not be accepted. Once the vetting process is completed you will be notified if your attendance has been confirmed for the event.
