Description
The Air Force Test Center-s Installation Contracting Division (AFTC/PZI), Operating Location Arnold Air Force Base, is hosting an Industry Day at the NASA Ames Research Center in California on Tuesday, 11 February 2025 from 0800 to 1530 Pacific Time.
The purpose of the Industry Day is to enhance potential offerors- understanding of the Government-s requirement for a commercial solution to modernize the National Full-Scale Aerodynamics Complex (NFAC) Grounding System, located at the NASA Ames Research Center. Participants in this Industry Day will have the opportunity to attend a site tour, and will have the opportunity to speak with Government subject matter experts (SMEs) via one-on-one, in-person sessions. Each session will include the Procuring Contracting Officer.
We plan to allow each company 30-minutes to meet with the Government. The actual time available to meet will be dependent on the number of requested meetings. We are not requesting briefings of capabilities during this time, but rather would like to hear from you on any issues/concerns/questions you may have.
A detailed draft agenda is attached. The Industry Day will be held in-person at NFAC, located at the NASA Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, CA. The address will be provided to registered participants.
REGISTRATION: If you are interested in participating in the subject Industry Day, please send an email to brooke.vandeman@us.af.mil no later than 15 January 2025. Provide the following information: name of your company, name(s) of attendee(s), citizenship, and email address of each attendee (per attached Ames Visitor Request Guidelines), and your availability. Also, include any topics of interest you wish to discuss during the one-on-one meetings with the Government. We want to ensure we provide maximum benefit to attendees during this conference.
