The USCG plans to conduct multi-phased approach to market research including 1) request written submission of capabilities, 2) an in-person industry day, and 3) one on one engagements with vendors.
The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) will be holding an Industry Day event to engage with industry about the USCG-s needs relating to a potential upcoming requirement(s) and obtain information from industry as the USCG continues to seek a holistic approach to an updated and modernized Human Resources Information Technology (HRIT) system and architecture. The USCG will share more information about the scope of the requirements, the challenges we have identified, and the goals of the program.
The venue has a capacity limitation which affects how many vendors we can accommodate. Each vendor is therefore limited to two participants. To participate, please submit a completed U.S. Coast Guard Registration Form: C5ISC HRIT Industry Day 7 Oct 2025 (click on hyperlink in USCG Special Announcement attachment). Industry Day registration should be completed no later than September 23, 2025, at 4:00pm EST.
The in-person Industry Day presentation will be recorded and or transcribed and publicly posted.
