Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, is seeking feedback from qualified businesses on potential regional maps for future ACI contracts for Debris Management Services (RCDMS) across the United States and all outlying areas (as defined by FAR 2.102).

Please review the attached map options (Debris ACI Regions and Capacity Options_20250611) and indicate your preference, along with a brief explanation of your reasoning. You are welcome to submit an alternate map with your feedback. The Government is seeking feedback on these potential map options. However, the Government may utilize one of these maps, a combination of these maps, or an entirely different map. This is not a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5.

Interested and qualified businesses are also welcome to submit a capability statement and/or complete the attached questionnaire (Debris ACI Sources Sought Questionnaire_20250611).

The initial response deadline is 2:00 PM CDT on Monday, June 16, 2025. Responses will continue to be accepted until 2:00 PM CDT on Monday, June 23, 2025.

This notice is for market research purposes only and does not commit the Government to a contract. Responses are voluntary and will not be compensated. The Government is not liable for any costs incurred in responding.
