Description : A)Purpose and Description of ServicesContractor agrees to pick-up and dispose of infectious, non-hazardous, hazardous and incompatible pharmaceutical waste (P-list and U-list and incompatibles) from Porterville Developmental Center. Pick-up will be one (1) time per week from the infectious waste room located outside Unit W-1 and pharmaceutical waste from the Pharmacy (Unit A), infectious waste room located by Clinic Area in the STP, and additional pick-ups as may be requested by the PDC Project Representative. See Exhibit A of the IFB for the description of required services. The terms of this Agreement will be July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028.B)Bidder Minimum QualificationsAll bidders must meet the following requirements to be considered responsible and responsive to this IFB.1)No bidder may bid on work of any kind that the bidder is not properly licensed to perform. Any such bid received will be disqualified. Copies of all licenses must be included with the BID documents.2)The bid price shall include all direct or indirect expenses incidental to providing the services described including all applicable taxes.3)Insurance is required for this Agreement in accordance with the insurance clauses included in the language in the SAMPLE AGREEMENT at the back of this packet.
