The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, intends to utilize other than full and open competition, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), to award a sole source Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Level-of-Effort "Bridge" contract to Science Applications International Corporation.
