SUBJECT: Solicitation No W91CRB25C5071; Request for Proposal (RFP)

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for COMMERCIAL ITEMS prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provision to clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-93, effective 02 January 2017.
