Page 5 of 5PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Project: 552-19-102CORRECT INFRASTRUCTURE DEFICIENCIES, B408Dayton VAMCTHIS PROJECT IS SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSB) ONLYThe Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 has a requirement to CORRECT INFRASTRUCTURE DEFICIENCIES, B408, for project 552-19-102, at the Dayton VA Medical Center, 4100 W. Third Street, Dayton, OH 45428-9000.The Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the correction of infrastructure deficiencies in building 408 as required by drawings and specifications.The general scope of this project is to renovate building 408 addressing all identified Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) deficiencies and replace outdated finishes to provide a modern space for a variety of administrative functions. All work shall be conducted in complete accordance with the contract project Statement of Work (SOW), specifications, and drawings (to be published in the Solicitation, if issued).All work shall be closely coordinated with the VA Contracting Officer (CO), Contract Specialist (CS), and Contracting Officer s Representative (COR).DURATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be completed within the Period of Performance (POP) indicated in the solicitation. Estimated POP is 500 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed.SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: The solicitation documents will be posted at www.sam.gov on or about May 8, 2024, with proposals due approximately 30 days later. Dissemination of the solicitation, specifications and drawings is limited to electronic medium. All interested Offerors (primes & subcontractors) should register at www.sam.gov so others will know of your interest in participating in this procurement and for automatic receipt of updates or amendments.
