The Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement for infrastructure improvements at the Radio Communications Link Repeater (RCLR) facility located in Parshall, CO. The Request for Proposal, Scope of Work, Drawings, and Wage Determination are included as attachments to this announcement. Note that any amendments issued to the Request for Proposal will be posted to this SAM announcement.

A site visit may not be offered for this project. Due to weather and road conditions the site is not accessible at this time.
