Description:
General work description:NBU anticipates the following items will be included in the Project scope of work: (i) construction of approximately 2,200 linear feet (“LF”) of 6-inch to 8-inch water main and approximately 2,700 LF of 6-inch to 8-inch wastewater main along Simon Avenue, Seele Street, Samuels Avenue, Seele Alley, along a drainage channel between Braddock Avenue and Hill Avenue, and along the IH 35 Northbound Frontage Road at the FM 725 intersection; (ii) removal or abandonment of existing water mains and existing wastewater manholes and mains; (iii) stormwater pollution prevention; (iv) traffic control; (v) site restoration; and (vi) all other appurtenances necessary to complete the Project. The Project will be designed and constructed so as to meet all applicable federal, state, and local accessibility standards.
