Proof Of General Liability Insurance And Workman¿s Compensation Insurance Will Be Required With The Walton County Board Of Commissioners Named As Additional Insured. Proposers Must Submit With The Proposal A Contractor Affidavit Verifying Compliance With The Federal Work Authorization Program Known As E-verify. This Form Must Be Notarized.
