Description
The 341st Contracting Squadron (CONS)—Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana, intends to award a sole-source contract to Excel Driver Services, LLC, to install 1 Sim-Tech T680 and 1 TM Crane simulator in building 1439 RM 115F, Malmstrom AFB, Montana. This service is not available to third parties or distributors.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 28 January 2025 by 2:00 PM MST at 341 CONS, Malmstrom AFB to Ms. Edsa L.
