Description
The Kansas National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the work stated in the statement of work
Work shall consist of the following: Installation of x2 Chillers at Building 44. The Government has purchased x2 Daikin Applied model AGZ010F air cooled packaged chillers to replace the chillers at Building 44. The Contractor will be responsible for removal of the current units and the installation and of the new units to include all start-up and programming procedures and. The controls will need to be carried out by Sandifer Controls to ensure it communicates properly with KANG DDC controls. It will also be the responsibility of the contractor to dispose of the old units.
The contract duration will be 90 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220, with a small business size standard of $19,000,000. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204(b)
