The work includes removing existing A/C units, including refrigerant pipes, drain pipes and control switches, sprinkler head and pipes, disconnect switches, circuit breakers and conduit wiring, installing new A/C units, including refrigerant pipes, drain pipes and control switches, sprinkler head and pipes, electric power supply with power panelboard, surge protection device, disconnect switches, circuit breakers and conduit wiring, and incidental related works.
An organized site visit has been scheduled after the pre-bid conference on 2 Jul 2025 at 09:00 AMParticipants will meet at Bldg. 987, Conference Room, PWD Misawa, Misawa AB, Japan
Offerors are required to submit a Site Visit Log (Attachment 5) that indicates all the attendees and Gate pass number (if available) for the prebid conference and site visit by e-mail to the point of contact below no later than 1 Jul 2025, 11:00 AM.
