Description:

Install steam boilers in building 2 and building 3.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, devices and materials and perform all work in accordance with the Technical Specifications and Drawings at the Air Force Research Site, Located in Rome, NY.

The work to be performed includes but is not limited to the following: General Construction, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, and incidental related work. The contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards.

The work will be performed in accordance with the B2 Technical Specifications (Attachment 1), dated 12 August 2024, B2 Drawings (Attachment 2), dated 12 August 2024 and Proposed Sump Pump Piping Addendum (Attachment 3), B3 Technical Specifications (Attachment 4), dated 17 December 2024, B3 Drawings (Attachment 5), dated 17 December 2024.

This acquisition will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 19.5. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 with an associated small business size standard of $45,000,000 average annual revenue.
