Project Title: FP1021186 Install In-Ground Under Vehicle Inspection System F75 Project Location: Vance AFB, Enid Oklahoma. Notice to offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. Once funds are available, bid guarantee will be required before award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost. Work will include demolition and replacement of existing pavement, installation of electrical conduit to support UVIS infrastructure, drainage system modifications to ensure operational sustainability, and on-site training for personnel regarding UVIS system operation and maintenance. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided upon solicitation release. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-aside.
