Santa Ana, CA 97705-5520, with full and open among authorized distributors the following items: The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: To provide Automated Entry Control Systems (AECS) installation at the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapon Division (NAWCWD) China Lake and installation at Point Mugu to be in compliance with DoD 5200.01 Volume 3, DoD Information Security Program, Protection of Classified Information and OPNAV INST 5530.14E, Navy Physical Security and Law Enforcement Program.
