9. Description: The RFP for this project is expected to be issued on or about beginning of 1 October 2022. The Proposal due date is planned on or about, end of July 2022. The North American Industry Code Standard (NAICS) is 2336220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the size standard is $39,500,000.00. No formal source selection, listed under FAR part 15, will be used for this requirement. This requirement will be awarded to the lowest priced quote meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards and time frame specified in the solicitation. Price and Past Performance will be evaluated in accordance with in DFARS 213.106-2(b)(i)(B)&(C).
BASE BID - the contractor shall install (3) pole mounted, solar-powered street light fixtures in
Outlet Park providing all the materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary for site preparations
and installation in accordance with these contract specifications.
