- The City of Clermont is installing a new floating dock system at the Lake Minneola Boathouse, utilizing dock components and gangways provided by the City. This project involves the complete assembly, alignment, and anchoring of modular floating dock sections in accordance with the manufacturer-s specifications and applicable environmental permits. The scope includes pile driving for structural support, secure placement of the gangway, and full compliance with OSHA safety standards, FDEP and USACE regulations, and FEMA documentation requirements.
