This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Integrated Library System in support of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). This procurement is being made under the procedures in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5.
Questions concerning the RFQ shall be submitted using the template provided (Attachment 2) via email to Mark.Tewell@occ.treas.gov and Casey.Helman@occ.treas.gov by 5:00 PM EDT on June 30, 2025. Questions received after the deadline will NOT be responded to, unless deemed significant by the CO or the question conveys a material mistake and/or error in the RFQ. Quoters shall clearly identify the specific section to which the questions pertain to (Part, Section and page number) in order facilitate the Government-s response.
Due Date and Time for Receipt of Quotations: The hour and date for receipt of quotations is 5:00 p.m. EDT on July 18, 2025. Quotations received after the above date and time, regardless of the reason, may not be considered. Responses shall be submitted by e-mail to Mark.Tewell@occ.treas.gov and Casey.Helman@occ.treas.gov.
