The Army is issuing this sources sought announcement as a means of conducting market research to identify sources whom have the current capabilities and the resources to support this requirement for the Enterprise Software Licenses, Program Management, and Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS) Services to meet the required delivery date of 150 days.
The scope of this effort is to acquire Army wide unlimited enterprise software licenses, program management, and Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS) services including maintenance, improvements / enhancements, integration & testing, and other technical services.
This INB2 SSS v1.0 outlines the NetOps capabilities supporting the Department of Defense Tactical Radios and Waveforms. The application will have the primary responsibility for the monitoring and management capability for the network elements that comprise the lower tier tactical DoDIN-A.
