- *Update: (11/18/2025) - The site visit has been re-scheduled for 2 December 2025 at 1030 at the Recycling Center, 3350 Celmer Lane, Joint Base Andrews. Please submit requests for base access NLT 24 November 2025 at 1200. This update also posts the Government's responses to the RFI's recieved. Additional questions from the site visit may be submitted NLT 3 December 2025 at 1200. The solicitation is being extended to 12 December at 1630. The combined synopsis and solicitation attachment has been updated to account for the timeline change.
*Update: (10/27/2025) - In light of the Government shutdown still being in effect, the solicitation is being extended to 1630hrs on 30 November 2025. The Government reserves the right to reduce this timeline after the shutdown has ended. The solicitation will close no earlier than 14 November 2025. The site visit will be re-scheduled after the shutdown ends.
