The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District is planning a procurement of an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Environmental Services Single-Award Task-Order Contract (SATOC) which will include the countries for the entire footprint of US Army Europe and Africa (USAREUR-AF).
