Note: The attached sources sought notice (SSN) and the statement of work (SOW) have been revised. The SSN gives additional information on page 1 under "Description" of the number of anticipated users of the software. In addition, the SSN has increased the total number of pages allowed for the submission, as stated in the "Submissions instructions" on page 3. Lastly, the submission instructions also adds further information on acceptable electronic formats for the submission.
