AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION W912HZ25QA006 ISSUED 8/20/2025. RFQ due date extended to Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at 1500PM CT.
The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to award as a simplified acquisition. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. This requirement is 100% small business set aside and utilizes the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 541715 - Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology) with a size standard in number of employees is $1,000. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulation at FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
Quotes shall be submitted electronically to the Contract Specialist, Shinita Jordan, via email at Shinita.M.Jordan@usace.army.mil and Contracting Officer, Sonia Boyd via email Sonia.J.Boyd@usace.army.mil. no later than 1:00 PM CST on Friday, August 22, 2025.
