Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed purchase order to Vound Colorado Ltd for the renewal of a one year maintenance agreement of lntella software. This acquisition will be conducted IAW FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. THIS SYNPOSIS IS PUBLISHED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS. All applicable provisions and clauses are attached. Per FAR Part 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can provide maintenance for the lntella software and meet the Government's requirements detailed above, may submit a capability statement which will be considered by agency. The Government may reject all offers received in response to this solicitation, if doing so is in the best interest of the Government.
