Description
The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Directorate of Procurement, on behalf of USSOCOM Program Executive Office - (PEO-SW), intends to issue an extension modification to the current contract H92402-19-C-0006 for Intelligence Support Services-Joint (ISSJ) as the current ISSJ-III Source Selection (Ref RFP H92402-24-R-0001) continues. The extension will provide Government continuity of services while the ISSJ-III Source Selection is in progress. Award modification will be made as a sole source to Actionable Solutions Group, LLC (ASG) as they are the incumbent contractor for the current ISSJ-II contract.
The modification to the contract is anticipated to add a total of fifteen (15) months, this will include twelve (12) months for continued service CLINs and three (3) months transition CLINs. The primary NAICS code for this effort is: 541990.
