- The Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority-s Traffic Engineering Office will receive sealed proposals for procurement TEO-25-03 for the Intelligent Transportation Systems Devices Deployment for Traveler Information and Traffic Incident Management on PR-2, (Hormigueros- Ponce) Design. Proposers must submit their Proposal Documents in the Traffic Engineering Office, located in the Roberto Sánchez Vilella Government Center, South Tower, 8th Floor, Santurce, Puerto Rico at or before 2:00 pm AST on November 8, 2024. An email will be sent to responsive Proposers on November 12, 2024 that will inform the names of all the Proposers that submitted Proposal Documents. To obtain the necessary information, as well as the Request for Proposal documents, an email must be sent to subastastransito@dtop.pr.gov, providing the information necessary to register the interested party (complete company name, postal address, contact person, and email address). After the receipt of the email with the required information, a response will be sent to the interested party that will include an electronic copy of the Request for Proposal documents.
