INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
Navajo Area Indian Health Services (NAIHS), Crownpoint Healthcare Facility located in Crownpoint, New Mexico intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm fixed priced contract with PAYTON MERGER SUB II LLC, 1025 CHAPALA STREET, SANTA BARBARA, CA 93101-3245 to provide Preventative Maintenance Services on the existing AUDIOCARE SYSTEM installed at Crownpoint Healthcare Facility due to exclusive licensing agreement.

This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of: Janice Martinez. Email: Janice.Martinez@ihs.gov. Only emailed responses will be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence, that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Last day to provide affirmative written response is April 29th, 2025 at 08:00am EST.
A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Any solicitation resulting from the analysis of information obtained will be announced to the public in Federal Business Opportunities in accordance with the FAR Part 5.
