The 436th Contracting Squadron, Dover AFB, DE intends to award a single source, totalsmall business set aside, firm-fixed price contract for a base plus four option years forA911 Routing & Location Data Management with monthly Network Services to IntradoLife & Safety Inc. 1601 Dry Creek Dr STE 250 Longmont, Colorado 60503-6494 (UEI:PLVJBH5Y7VM9) for 436 CES Fire Department. Intrado is already contracted withKent County, Delaware through the Department of Homeland security (DHS) for ten (10)years. Intrado remains as the only available vendor to provide same services they providefor DHS. The anticipated award date is on or around 14 March, 2025.The statutory authority which permits other than full and open competition for thisacquisition is 10 United States Code (USC) 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b). This authority is supported by an approved Single Source Justification. It is theGovernment-s intent to proceed with this single-source action. The applicable NAICScode is 517121. The size standard defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is1,500 employees.THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION, REQUEST FOR PROPOSALOR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.
