Scope of Work: CGC HEALY
Oily Waste Offload
Background:
Significant amount of oily water in oily waste storage tanks due to a fire main rupture.
Statement of Work:
Vendor shall remove up to 9,000 gallons of waste oil and oily water from USCGC HEALY. Vendor shall dispose of all removed fluids in accordance with all applicable Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, regulations.
Cutter engineers can pump off using their installed system and it would be from their shore tie connections right next to the fueling station.
The approximate connection from cutter to loading truck is 100 feet. Request contractors verify their capability once the cutter moors in Dutch Harbor.
