Description
Intent to Exercise Option - Sole Source C-130 Heat Sink Exchange
The 417th Supply Chain Management Squadron (SCMS), in conjunction with Defense Logistics Agency-Aviation - Ogden, located at Hill Air Force Base, UT, intends to exercise the second four-year Option Period with Goodrich Corporation DBA: Collins Aerospace, Landing Systems for the C-130 Heat Sink Exchange (HSE) Program, SPRHA1-20-D-0001. The purpose of the C-130 HSE is to provide support to the C-130 platform by providing newly manufactured and remanufactured heat sinks, NSN: 1630-01-588-9014. Under FAR 6.302-1, this is a sole source award to Goodrich Corporation, CAGE Code 97153, located in Troy, Ohio.

Option 2 Period of Performance (PoP):
Year 7: April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 Year 8: April 1, 2027 to March 31, 2028 Year 9: April 1, 2028 to March 31, 2029 Year 10: April 1, 2029 to March 31, 2030This Notice of Intent is not a Request for Proposal(s) and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the Notice of Intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated services may provide a Capability Statement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
Responses to this notice shall be received No Later Than (NLT) 12:00 PM MDT on 1 August 2025.
A determination by the Government, whether to compete this proposed requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. DLA Aviation - Ogden will not delay the exercising of the Option while Source Approval is pending.
