Description
Intent to Exercise Option - Sole Source F-15 Heat Sink Exchange
The 417th Supply Chain Management Squadron (SCMS), in conjunction with Defense Logistics Agency-Aviation - Ogden, located at Hill Air Force Base, UT, intends to exercise the first four-year Option Period with Goodrich Corporation DBA: Collins Aerospace, Landing Systems for the F-15 Heat Sink Exchange (HSE) Program, SPRHA1-24-D-0002. The purpose of the F-15 HSE is to provide support to the F-15E and F-15EX platforms by providing newly manufactured and remanufactured heat sinks. Under FAR 6.302-1, this is a sole source award to Goodrich Corporation, CAGE Code 97153, located in Troy, Ohio.

Option 1 Period of Performance (PoP):
Year 3: February 15, 2026 to February 14, 2027 Year 4: February 15, 2027 to February 14, 2028 Year 5: February 15, 2028 to February 14, 2029 Year 6: February 15, 2029 to February 14, 2030This Notice of Intent is not a Request for Proposal(s) and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the Notice of Intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated services may provide a Capability Statement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
Responses to this notice shall be received No Later Than (NLT) 12:00 PM MDT on 30 May 2025.
A determination by the Government, whether to compete this proposed requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. DLA Aviation - Ogden will not delay the exercising of the Option while Source Approval is pending.
