Description
The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service hereby submits a notice of intent to award a 1-year sole source, Firm Fixed-Price Non-Personal Service purchase order with Henry Schein One Practice Solutions providing help desk support for Electronic Dental Record license maintenance and Technical Support Services. This acquisition is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Only one source can provide the supplies and services required at the level or quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. The period of performance will be from 9/1/2025-8/31/2026.

The Proposed Contractor: Henry Schein Practice Solutions Inc is the sole distributor/manufacturer of the EDR License Maintenance and Technical Support Services specific versions to the Indian Health Service used by the Standing Rock Dental Department.

The total estimated value is less than $9,000. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that sole source would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of our agency standardization. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
