Description
In accordance with paragraph 3.2.2.4 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS), this announcement serves to inform industry of the FAA-s intent to engage in a single source contract process. The FAA intends to award a contract to The Tri-M Group, LLC, based in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, to upgrade the Building Automation System (BAS) to an Ecostruxure version at the William J. Hughes Technical Center for Advanced Aerospace (WJHTC).
The Tri-M Group, LLC has been identified as the only Schneider Electric EcoXpert Building Automation Master Certification holder authorized to service the Atlantic City area, where the WJHTC campus is located. This certification is a requirement for this effort. Consequently, the FAA has determined that awarding a single source contract to The Tri-M Group, LLC is in its best interest.
