Description
The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to DynaTouch Corporation. This procurement will be for the purchase of two (2) Software and Maintenance service plans for the DynaTouch Queuing Kiosk Systems currently in use at the 4 FSS MPF at Seymour Johnson AFB.

APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). DynaTouch Corporation is the sole manufacturer and provider of the software needed to operate the kiosks currently used on the installation. Furthermore, DynaTouch Corporation does not license any other companies or organizations to maintain, upgrade, or service its products. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
