INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: PHILLIPS CORPORATION PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES
The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Phillips Corporation for preventative maintenance services. The required services include:
OMAX 55100/30V Abrasive Waterjet Preventative Maintenance Service Haas Minimill Preventative Maintenance Service Haas Lathe Preventative Maintenance Service Haas Vertical Mill Preventative Maintenance Service Reactive service and reactive spare partsAPPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY:
OMAX and Haas utilize Phillips Corporation as their sole and exclusive distributor. Phillips Corporation is authorized to work on behalf of OMAX and Haas and represent each company to the Federal Government. No other distributor or agent is authorized to represent OMAX or Haas in the Federal Government space.
This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a Single Source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this synopsis is 12 August 2025 at 12:00 P.M EST.
