NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Regional Procurement Office East (RPOE), Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO 4) intends to award a urgent sole source contract to TrillaMed, LLC, 30100 Telegraph Road, Suite 366, Bingham Farms, MI 48025.
The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 4 is purchasing the Aesculap System and its accessories, to be supplied by TrillaMed, LLC, for use at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. This urgent procurement addresses the need to maintain patient care standards and sterile supply storage. Only Aesculap Containers are compatible with previously procured items; selecting a different brand would require replacing such equipment, resulting in unnecessary expenses. TrillaMed, LLC is the only SDVOSB holding a GSA contract offering these required products for purchase on the Federal Supply Schedule.
