3.0 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCCE
The period of performance base year shall begin at the date of the award, 06-MARCH-2025. The four (4) option years shall begin FY26, FY27, FY28, and FY29.
This action is be undertaken in accordance with FAR 13.106 (b) Soliciting from a single source, on the basis that the vendor is the only known source capable of meeting the government-s requirementsThe North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334516.
