Description
The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to American Chemical Society (ACS);1155 16th St NW, Washington D.C 20036-4839 (UEI: HNALX27LW8F) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
The USITC anticipates award of a Purchase Order, on a sole source basis, to American Chemical Society for the purpose of obtaining 1 user subsctiption to CAS SciFinder Discovery Platform . Please see attached justification document for further details.
The period of performance: 09/15/2025-09/14/2026
