Notice of Intent: Sole Source Award
**THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION**
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), hereby gives notice of its intent to award a sole source contract to Santa Catalina Island Conservancy located at: 320 Golden Shr Ste. 220 Long Beach, CA, United States for the lease of antenna site for the purpose of housing and operating a transmitter antenna and other related equipment for the transmission and reception of radio signals in support of CI's law enforcement mission.
This is not a request for competitive proposals. Potential sources who believe they can provide the service listed above are invited to submit a capability package in writing to Contract Specialist, Monica Razo-Shepherd at monica.razo-shepherd@irs.gov no later than 12:00 PM ET on Wednesday, April 04, 2025.
Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. The Government will not cover any costs for any information or inquiry submitted as a result of this notice.
The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is : 813312 Environment, Conservation and Wildlife Organizations. The small business size standard is $19.5M.
Responses shall include, at a minimum, the following information:
