Description
The US Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Western Acquisition Division (WAD), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Forge Business Technology, LLC, using the procedures in FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services in conjunction with FAR Subpart 13.5 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, to provide Atlassian Software Maintenance and Renewal with the Office of Science and Technology. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 13.501(a) and FAR 6.302-5(b)(6), Authorized or required by statute, Sole source awards under the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C. 657f).The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 513210, with a business size standard of $47.0M.This notice of intent is not a formal solicitation or request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. No award will be made on the basis of quotations or offers received in response to this notice. Interested parties may submit their interest and capabilities no later than August 8, 2025 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time.
