The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) intends to solicit and award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Rescue One Training for Life, Inc, 7621 Rickenbacker Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20879, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
The EOUSA anticipates award of a BPA, on a sole source basis to Rescue One Training for Life to provide a full-service contract to support the operation of an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) Management Program available to all 94 United States Attorney-s Offices (USAO) located throughout the 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Guam, the Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. The AED-s must be the Zoll Plus with graphical cover LCD, CPR-D pads and rate sensors with one set of lithium batteries both with minimum of a five-year warranty delivered, assembled and installed. AED standard medical direction including device prescription for all AEDs. This AED management program includes maintenance, replacement and testing of AEDs, AED pads, AED cabinets, AED location āVā signs, and AED prep kits (includes nitrile gloves, barrier mask in hard case, trauma scissors, razor, wet wipe, dry wipe, and soft pack carry case) at all AED locations. Zoll is a brand name and attached is the J&A. The anticipated period of performance is from June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2028.
