Two (2) brand name only Lucas 3, v3.1 Chest Compression System for the Bath VA Medical Center campus of the VA Finger Lakes Health Care System. 3. Background. The Bath VA Medical Center operates a fleet of three ambulances that provide critical emergency medical services to veterans. Currently, one ambulance is equipped with a Lucas3, v3.1 Chest Compression System, a state-of-the art mechanical cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) device. The other two ambulances are equipped with outdated Autopulse systems that are no longer operational. The cost of repairing these units exceeds their economic value, making replacement the most viable option. To ensure operational consistency and enhance patient care, the Bath VA Medical Center seeks to procure two additional Lucas3, v3.1 Chest Compression Systems with essential accessories for full fleet standardization. 4. Scope. This requirement entails the purchase of two (2) additional Lucas3, v3.1 Chest Compression Systems and associated accessories to standardize equipment across the Bath VA Medical Center ambulance fleet. This procurement will ensure all ambulances are equipped with compatible, reliable, and state-of-art life-saving technology to enhance emergency response capabilities and patient outcomes. 5.
