Description
This requirement is for the acquistion of Blue UAS drones. Due to the unique capabilities and requirement needs of the end user, as well as Section 848 of the National Defense Authorization act (NDAA) This contract will be solicited as a Sole Source requirement. Neros, Inc is the only authorized UAS on the BlueUAS Cleared Vendors list capable of FPV and carrying a payload of 10lbs with no authorized distributors.
There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 13.5. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
