Intent to Sole Source-TrillaMed LLC.SPECIAL NOTICE: 36C24924Q0050 The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue sole-source firm-fixed priced contract to TrillaMed LLC, 30100 Telegraph Road, Suite 366, Bingham Farms, MI 48025. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and VAAR 819.70/38 U.S.C. 8127-8128 on behalf of the Lexington VA Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9 intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with TrillaMed LLC (Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business) located at 30100 Telegraph Road, Suite 366, Bingham Farms, MI 48025.
