Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Knox, on behalf of Human Resources Command (HRC), intends to award a contract to Charter Communications Operating, LLC, 12405 Powerscourt Dr., Saint Louis, MO 63131-3673 on a single source basis for one base year and one twelve month option period. The base period of performance is September 30, 2025, through September 29, 2026.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 517111, Wired Telecommunications Carriers with a size standard of 1,500 employees.
A determination not to compete this proposed contract was made pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1) - “Soliciting from a single source. HRC requires commercial internet service at 1 Gbps unlimited data speeds and commercial Cable TV in Fort Knox, KY. HRC requires commercial high-speed internet service to 3 separate demarcation points: 1600 Spearhead Division Avenue (Maude Complex), 2290 Eisenhower Avenue Building 6905 and 204 1st Cavalry Regiment Road Building 1002). Commercial cable TV services are required for twenty (20) designated office locations within the Maude complex, and 5 static IPs for the Maude Complex.
